A happy hour is wrong

Tap the spot, then Something off? Suggest an update. Tell us what is actually on and we will re-read the venue's site. Prices and hours change faster than any menu page does, so this happens, and every listing shows where it came from and when we last checked so you can judge it yourself.

Report a listing

Some happy hours reach the map from a photo someone took. If a listing is wrong, offensive, or should not be there at all, email us with a link to the spot and we will take it down while we look. We would rather remove a real happy hour for a day than leave a bad listing up.

You own the bar

If we have your specials wrong, tell us and we will fix them. If you would rather we did not read your site at all, add a rule for HappyHourRoundUpBot to your robots.txt and we will stop on the next pass. Rules written for the old name, MuddlePuddleBot, still work and always will. There is more about the crawler at /bot.

Credits and refunds

A paid credit is spent only when a round-up actually finds a happy hour. If it finds nothing, that credit comes back to you on its own. Your five free checks work differently: one is used whether or not we find anything, because the cost of looking is real either way. Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us either way and we will sort it out.

Deleting your account

Email us and we will delete your account and everything attached to it. What that covers is set out on the privacy page.
